Elder R. L. Cooper, Pastor
Elder R. L. Cooper has been a part of the New Testament Sanctuary of Praise Church of God in Christ family for many years. He joined the ministry under the Late Elder James M. Williamson, Sr., who soon became his spiritual father, teacher, friend, and most of all his mentor. Pastor Cooper states:
"Elder Williamson Sr. was truly an inspiration and inspired me to be where I am today.
His foundational teaching encouraged me to strive to pastor with that same heart of love for all of God's people and to serve with all my heart. Being afforded the privilege to lead by example provides an opportunity to share my life experiences with others to encourage them that if God saved me; He wants to save you also, and to encourage people to be what God created them to be from the foundation."

First Lady Sandra W. Cooper
Lady Cooper is a licensed Evangelist Missionary. She is faithful and dedicated in her work for the ministry and Testament Church Sanctuary of Praise Church of God in Christ. She works and serves in many areas of the ministry and is always looking for ways to offer help to others. Lady Cooper also has the spirit of evangelism because of her love and compassion for people and her desire to see them saved. She loves telling others about Jesus.
Lady Cooper is a person of order and she has much respect for her leaders.
She is referred to by some in her church as "dancing David" because of her dancing for the Lord and she truly believes in praising Him!
